 Well-intended rules meant to protect tenants can sometimes place a landlord in the unfair position of being forced to house unruly or financially insolvent persons for months after the violation of a lease provision.  On the other hand, landlord irresponsibility can result in living conditions that are unhealthy or dangerous.  Whether you are a landlord or tenant, a good lawyer can be needed to protect your financial interests, property, well-being, or peace of mind. 

Highly knowledgeable in landlord-tenant law, I have enabled hundreds of landlords to obtain the payment of past due rent, timely eviction of a tenant, or both.   I have also assisted numerous tenants during holdover and nonpayment eviction proceedings.
